Can I hire you just for consulting or strategy?
Absolutely. Not every journey requires full execution. Many clients bring me in to clarify direction, align teams, or validate decisions.
Do you work with in-house teams or solo?
Both. I can collaborate with your internal team, act as an external creative partner, or handle a project independently — depending on what you need.
What's your availability like?
I typically book 2–4 weeks in advance. Reach out early — especially if your challenge has altitude.
Will I work with Lander Zaro or with FUGU?
Most projects are led entirely by me. I act as your Design Sherpa — a strategic partner guiding you through complex brand and product challenges. When your climb demands more hands or deeper specialisation I bring in FUGU, a trusted team I've built for exactly those moments. You'll still work directly with me from start to summit.
How do you price projects?
Each climb is different. I offer fixed-scope proposals or tailored retainers depending on your needs, pace and vision.
What is it like to work together?

What if I don't have a clear brief yet?
No problem — I can help shape it. Clarity is part of the work, and often where the most value comes from.
Can we start with a discovery session or audit?
Absolutely. A one-off session or review can help define next steps, unblock your thinking, or improve what you already have.
What if we're in different time zones?
Totally fine. I adapt to timezone differences as needed and have worked with companies across Europe, the US and Asia.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, I offer ongoing guidance or monthly creative check-ins when it makes sense.
