Lander Zaro is a product designer for SaaS, data and AI products — and a brand designer — who works as a Design Sherpa: a strategic guide for founders and teams facing complex launches, rebrands and digital products. Over 80 projects — from Germany Trade & Invest's economic data platform to Awwwards-recognised brands — and co-founder of Quince con Ochenta, the studio behind Gobrador.
The same method I bring to clients, applied to products of my own.

Design Sherpa
A Sherpa is not someone who climbs for you. It is someone who knows the terrain, the risks, and when to change course.
In business, the terrain is complexity. My role is to help you navigate it, set priorities, and move forward with clarity.
→ Why I work this way
With the right guide, every path becomes clear. Three phases, from clarity to alignment to impact.
Define the challenge, research your audience and map the priorities with the most impact.
Shape the strategy, prototype and validate it, and agree on a focused plan.
Design, iterate and roll out a solution built to scale and to deliver measurable results.
Five routes to the same summit: clarity.

Notes on design, strategy and the tools behind the work.

How AI fits each phase of product design — discovery, alignment and execution — where it saves time, where it adds risk, and how to use it without losing judgement.

How to build a design system that scales with your product: lessons from redesigning 23degrees (120+ screens, 300+ components) and GTAI's modular data platform.
I guide founders and teams through complex brand and product challenges: I help define priorities, make the right design decisions and execute them, from strategy and identity to product design and websites.
Yes. I design AI features, assistants and agents with a focus on trust: clear inputs, explained outputs and human control. At Quince con Ochenta we build them too — Gobrador, for example, explains why each public tender fits a company or not.
Absolutely. Not every journey requires full execution. Many clients bring me in to clarify direction, align teams, or validate decisions.
Most projects are led entirely by me. When the climb demands more hands or deeper specialisation I bring in FUGU, the studio I founded for those moments — and you still work directly with me from start to summit.
I typically book 2–4 weeks in advance. Reach out early — especially if your challenge has altitude.
Totally fine. I adapt to timezone differences and have worked with companies across Europe, the US and Asia.
